THE 77th DOCTOR is about a Seattle pharmacist who becomes a medical advocate when a mystery illness takes her daughter out of law school. Together they trade dreams of “success” for the reality of chronic illness and they choose to live, not just survive. Then a chance meeting with another mom in a hotel laundry room leads to the correct diagnosis and the 77th doctor, who saves both of their lives.
